Run Wide After Swimming Straight, by WOWSA

Courtesy of WOWSA,Huntington Beach, California.

Swing your feet outwards and over the surface of the water when running through shallow water at the end of an open water race with an onshore finish or towards the T1 transition. It is easier than running 'through' the water, creating much more resistance.
